Geothermal systems now qualify for 30% of the cost of the system with no cap

Why settle for 95% EFF when you can have 400% EFF?

This amounts to a tremendous savings to you!

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, geothermal technology can reduce energy costs 30-60% compared to traditional furnaces. This means a geothermal unit will pay for itself in 7-10 years. Subsidies and tax incentives can make the systems even more affordable.

Throw your old heating system away; it’s time to go geothermal! Your furnace boasts 95% EFF, you say? That’s a shame because All Year’s geothermal systems can go as high as 400% EFF!

How does Geothermal Heating work?

With geothermal heating systems, we use the heat from the Earth itself – may it be from the heat produced by the radioactive decay of minerals, or the heat from the Sun absorbed by the surface of the Earth.

Majority of the geothermal energy harnessed is from regions of high volcanic activity. However, it is also good for you to know that even in very cold areas, 6 meters below the ground, heat can still be found, and can be utilized when we make use of a heat pump.

Once the heat from the earth has been gathered, it can be used to warm your home, even throughout the winter season.

How does Geothermal Cooling work?

Surprised to know that geothermal systems can also cool? That’s okay! At first, it sounds a little strange because the word thermal clearly indicates warmth. But when you think about it, it actually makes sense!

In Geothermal Heating, you take heat from the Earth and use that heat to warm up your house. But in Geothermal Cooling, you take the heat from your house and return it to the Earth, thus cooling your home in the process. Heat up when the weather is cold, and cool down when the weather is hot. Now you can be comfy both during hot and cold seasons. Geothermal systems are absolutely incredible!

Wouldn’t using greener energy sources be more expensive?

That was the case not long ago. Systems that try to harness renewable energy sources tend to be cost a fortune. So the staggering 30 to 60 percent in energy costs savings is sometimes overshadowed by high systems costs.

However, now that there are incentives such as subsidies and tax credits for home improvements that promote the use of renewable energy like geothermal energy for home heating and cooling, going green has become so much more worth it. In as little as seven years, your geothermal system will have paid for itself. And from then on, you would enjoy savings beyond compare.
